- If Credit Card security is not available at time of check-in a $300 Cash Bond is required, this is refunded after satisfactory room inspection on departure
- All Cancellation requests must be in writing and attract a 15% administration fee
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit deposit, (with the exception of the Christmas Holidays which require 30 days Notice for refund)
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival require full payment of accommodation
- Lost keys attract a $35 surcharge
- Pets are not permitted
Seasonal Information
Low Season
Commences at the end of the NSW Easter school holidays and extends until the beginning of the NSW September/October school holidays excluding long weekends and public holidays.
Shoulder Season
Commences at the end of the NSW January school holidays until the end of the NSW Easter school holidays, and from the beginning of the September/October NSW school holidays until the beginning of the NSW Christmas school holidays.
Low season rates apply for the June/July NSW school holidays. High season rates apply for the Easter and October long weekends.
High Season
NSW Christmas school holidays, Easter long weekend and October long weekend. Minimum stay requirements apply during peak periods – see below.
Minimum Stay Requirements
- Christmas School Holidays 7 night minimum stay applies until mid January, except for studios where a 3 night minimum stay applies
- Easter Holidays 3 night minimum stay
- Long Weekends 2 night minimum stay
General Accommodation Information
- Cot Hire available $15 per day or $55 per week (includes linen) for children under 2 years
- High Chair available $5 per day or $25 per week
- Extra person on rollaway bed $30.00 per day
